In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and sends no data to any third party. The only thing we keep is the email address you choose to give us so we can tell you when OpenFamily Cloud opens.

We do not store your IP address. It is used only for the duration of the request, to limit how many sign-ups an address can make per hour (abuse protection); that temporary counter expires after one hour and is never linked to an email address.
Nothing else is collected: no profiling, no reselling, no sharing with third parties, ever.
3. Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies. The live demo keeps a few preferences (language, theme) and its fictional data inside your browser using local storage: nothing is sent to a server, and it all disappears when you clear the site's data.
4. Hosting and recipients
Data is stored on this website's server, hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (European Union), in a file kept outside the web-accessible area. Only NexaFlow has access to it. No marketing processor, and no transfer outside the European Union.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Write to contact@nexaflow.fr — we answer within 30 days.
- For deletion, the subject line "Delete from waiting list" is enough; no justification needed.
- You may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
6. What if you self-host OpenFamily?
This policy only covers the openfamily.fr website. If you install OpenFamily on your own server, your family's data stays with you: it never passes through us and we have no access to it whatsoever. You are then the data controller for it.
