OpenFamily is free software released under the GNU AGPL v3.0: its source code is public and may be used, modified and redistributed under the terms of that licence. The OpenFamily and NexaFlow names, logo and visual identity remain the property of NexaFlow and are not covered by that licence.

4. Personal data

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and makes no request to any third-party service when it loads (fonts, images and flags are served from this site). The only processing is the voluntary sign-up to the OpenFamily Cloud waiting list — see the privacy policy.

5. Limitation of liability

OpenFamily is provided "as is", without warranty, as stated in the AGPL v3.0. Each user hosts the software under their own responsibility and remains responsible for the security of their server and for backing up their data. NexaFlow is not responsible for the content of third-party sites reachable from links on this site.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
